Instructions for electronic signing with DocuSign

DocuSign allows us to indicate every single place that requires signatures or initials.

You should receive an email that looks like this – Click “REVIEW DOCUMENT” To go to DocuSign:

Click you “AGREE TO USE” – Then click “CONTINUE”:

Click “START” to begin:

Here simply “ADOPT AND SIGN” // or you change the spelling and signature style:

Click “SIGN” or “INITIAL” to begin:

The system will take you to every place that is required. When completed click “FINISH”:

THAT’S ALL IT TAKES!

ONCE ALL REQUIRED PARTIES HAVE SIGNED THE DOCUMENT YOU WILL RECEIVE A COMPLETED COPY.


IF YOU PREFER TO REVIEW A PAPER COPY PRIOR TO SIGNING OR TO SIGN IN PEN THEN:

From the top of the page go to “OTHER ACTION” – “PRINT & SIGN”

From the bottom of the page go to “OTHER ACTIONS” – “PRINT & SIGN”

Choose either “UPLOAD or FAX” click “CONTINUE”

Click “DOWNLOAD”

You will have downloaded a copy of the actual document.

 

NOTE If you choose to sign with pen:

Make sure you review the entire document to sign – initial & date everywhere required.
